Les technologies qui vont se développer fortement, pour les "Knowledge
Workers", sont celles qui permettent aux communautés de pratique
- de travailler sur des modes collaboratifs choisis et souples
- de disposer de flux d'informations constamment traités pour être
transformés en connaissance disponible
- de capitaliser l'expérience et d'accroître la valeur du capital
immatériel
Peu d'analyses ont pour le moment approfondi ces axes qui sont à la fois
méthodologiques et techniques. Vous pouvez nous

Parmi les technologies qui permettent de développer le KM, certaines
favorisent la transformation des flux d'informations en supports structurés de
connaissances. Non pas directement en connaissances, puisque celles-ci ne
peuvent être que mentales, humaines, relationnelles, contextuelles. Mais en
structures textuelles ou graphiques qui facilitent l'intelligence des
réalités et la connaissance, notamment en reconstituant et en rendant visibles
les contextes implicites où s'agrègent des ensembles informationnels (qui
autrement resteraient dispersés et invisibles).
Certains outils permettent ainsi de travailler directement sur le sens que
contiennent les structures profondes des flux informationnels. C'est une
révolution dans l'approche des discours, du langage, et pour le passage d'une
société débordante d'informations, à un choix raisonné des centres
d'intérêt et de travail.
